BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe

BEDROOM 2 has two single beds. One single classified as a child bed.

KITCHEN/DINER

Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, refrigerator, Microwave oven, and Dining table, Electric fan heater.

LOUNGE

Double settee and two easy chairs, table, electric heater, Digital colour TV. Set, DVD and CD/Cassette/radio.

SHOWER ROOM Vanity unit, W.C. and enclosed shower unit, shaver point.

GENERAL

1. No extra charge for sheets, pillowcases, duvets and tea towels. Beds made up prior to arrival. Bathroom towels can be provided for a small charge.

2. A child’s cot and mattress can be provided, but not bedding.

3. Dogs by prior arrangement only (and never to be left in the flat alone).

4. Parking facilities are not available on the premises, but there are several parking places in the area within a short distance of the flats. Garage available for hire

5. All bookings commence at 3.00 p.m. on the Saturday and in order that flats can be cleaned, they should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the last Saturday of the holiday booking.

6. No charge for electricity to both flats.

7. Iron and ironing board provided. Washing machine and clothes drier available on request – no extra charge.

The deposit is non-returnable, if you need to cancel your holiday and we are unable to rebook your week(s).

Garage available £10 per week.

£10 charge per week per dog by arrangement only

Sorry but we do not do short breaks during the high summer season.
